Facilitated a Council planning retreat to establish the Council's direction and focus and to understand the Council's relationship to the State Office of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Programs.

Mt. Hood Cable Regulatory Commission — Portland, Oregon
Facilitated a planning retreat for the Commissioners, who license and regulate cable operators in Multnomah County.

Portland Community College Board — Portland, Oregon
Facilitated a process for the Board to assess if it had met its goals from the previous year and assisted it to develop priorities/goals for the upcoming year.

Cascade Festival of Music — Bend, Oregon
Facilitated an annual planning retreat for staff and the board of directors.

Designed and facilitated a cross-agency workgroup process to develop a new agency program.
