Women's Resource Center of Central Oregon — Bend, Oregon
Working with staff and the center’s board of directors to develop a plan for program expansion. Assessing organizational capacity, interviewing key stakeholders, staff and board members, conducting market research, researching development opportunities and preparing a revenue sustainability plan that will result in a three-year strategic plan.

Oregon Trust for Public Land — Portland, Oregon
Facilitating a strategic planning process to guide the organization for the next three years. Advising TPL on board development, assessing organizational capacity, developing goals, strategies and an evaluation plan to help the organization transition to a new business model. Interviewed Oregon staff, Northwest regional staff and the Oregon Advisory Council for their input into the plan.

Meyer Memorial Trust — Portland, Oregon
Interviewed community leaders in Oregon regarding their opinions about the Trust as part of a comprehensive strategic planning effort. Topics included issues on which the Trust has had its greatest impact, what interviewees thought were the most important and emerging needs in their communities and what role the Trust could play in addressing these issues.

City of Bend — Bend, Oregon
Facilitated the Well-Planned City Team of the Bend 2030 VisionCorps, a strategic planning process. The team recommended actions that will be included in a master plan for the City of Bend for the next five years

Grant County Commission on Children and Families — Canyon City, Oregon
Coordinated the Commission's community planning process and prepared its 2002 Comprehensive Plan for Services to Children and Families in Grant County. These included identifying areas of need based on data analysis and outcomes established through the State of Oregon's Benchmarks Program. Developed strategies to address needs and an evaluation plan to assess results.

Central Oregon Workforce Investment Board — Bend, Oregon
Developed and wrote a strategic plan for workforce services to employers and workers in Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson Counties. COWIB is a public private partnership charged with improving regional employment opportunities.

Portland Cable Access — Portland, Oregon
Created a strategic plan to guide the organization for five years. Conducted internal and external assessments to evaluate the organization's effectiveness, garnered community and public officials input in developing the plan.

Together for Children — Bend, Oregon
Facilitated a strategic planning process with the board of directors. Helped the board develop strategic issues and outlined a process for developing goals and objectives including an evaluation plan.
